bachelor weekend

Tricia is off for the weekend with her quilting friends, again. A couple of times a year they do this, pack up their sewing machines and material and go off somewhere to work together on their individual projects. This time they are at a cabin in the woods near Quitman.

So I am home alone, eating bad food and wasting my time surfing the net. Luckily I've done one good deed already, so I will have something to point to when Tricia asks me what I did all weekend. She has been complaining about the size of the monitor on the PC upstairs in her sewing room. It's a 15 inch tube that is about 7 years old. When I moved it upstairs along with the old Compaq last Fall I didn't really think she would use it as much as she does. I kind of wanted to get her an LCD, but I think she will be pretty pleased with the 19 inch flat screen CRT I found for several hundred dollars less money.
