		<description>It&#039;s so irritating that one must have a guide to see native orchids growing in the wild.  I&#039;ve never seen any as rumor has it that they are in very inaccessible places.  Big Thicket looks like a really cool place.

&lt;em&gt;the big thicket is very cool.  and these plants were in a nature preserve just a few feet off the trail. i would not have known what they were if there were not a guide to point them out however. &lt;/em&gt;</description>

		<description>I have never had the honor of seeing either  pitcher plants or wild orchids growing in their natural  habitat...how fortunate you were! Here is my meditation today:  May our natural areas continue to be natural.
