So are they from EPA and there was a chemical spill, or were thery from the AEC and there was a radiation leak, or are they quakers? Hard to tell from this angle.
Bill, that is an AWESOME photograph. I love the lines and the high contrast, plus the smallness of human activity against that great big, somewhat forbidding sky.

I think the ones on each side are helping the one in the middle. Maybe she is elderly and is having trouble getting up the sand.
