Thanks for thinking of me, Jenn.
I don't consider 104 to be mild, but who knows...w/the global warming, we may look back at this as the good times !
Converting the garage into the sewing studio is still in the "plans". It's just been postponed a few months.
When he's not stretched between city & country, I'm sure he'll start blogging the reconstruction.

Thinking of you guys. Hope the weather was mild for your move, and that things have settled a bit for you in your new spread.

Tricia:
For some reason I thought you two were going to have two homes! heh. Aren't you posh in my view!

And no sewing room? Dang. That has to be a let down after the possibility of the garage/quilt room. Do you have a big space you will be able to modify and use? (or am I salting wounds? so sorry if I am...)

well, MaryLou, I gave him a week to respond to you, but nada ! You're so funny. Since he still hasn't "retired" he's staying in town at a good friends house during the week and relaxing here Sat & Sun. Soooo no sewing rm - no TV...just me & the cats watching the wilderness.
P. S. wishing the very best for your missing fur baby.
