OOOO I bet that is a traumatic move for both of you! you for your plants, and Trish for her QUilt room! But knowing that you are the wonderful caring husband that you are, I know you have already finished her NEW quilt room, right?
well, MaryLou, I gave him a week to respond to you, but nada ! You’re so funny. Since he still hasn’t “retired” he’s staying in town at a good friends house during the week and relaxing here Sat & Sun. Soooo no sewing rm - no TV…just me & the cats watching the wilderness.
P. S. wishing the very best for your missing fur baby.
Thinking of you guys. Hope the weather was mild for your move, and that things have settled a bit for you in your new spread.
Tricia:
For some reason I thought you two were going to have two homes! heh. Aren’t you posh in my view!
And no sewing room? Dang. That has to be a let down after the possibility of the garage/quilt room. Do you have a big space you will be able to modify and use? (or am I salting wounds? so sorry if I am…)
Thanks for thinking of me, Jenn.
I don’t consider 104 to be mild, but who knows…w/the global warming, we may look back at this as the good times !
Converting the garage into the sewing studio is still in the “plans”. It’s just been postponed a few months.
When he’s not stretched between city & country, I’m sure he’ll start blogging the reconstruction.

Gosh, Bill. It’s so darn hot to be moving heavy objects…
I am excited ‘coz I know there will be some great stories coming this way… and great pictures!

My daughter and SIL are moving into their house in Eugene, Oregon this weekend. No more student housing. I just hope it is cooler there than here.
