yarrow

This is what spring weather should be like. Cool evening breezes in a lush green garden.

I haven’t been able to write lately. It’s like I got out of the habit. I can’t seem to focus on things. There is so much going on but I am not really engaged in it the way I should be.

I see that Burningbird has given up her blog for good. I have followed it ever since I started my own.

To catch you up on a few things that I have left hanging. I found a good repairman who fixed my laptop for less than $200. But the research into Apples was worthwhile. Sooner or later I am going that way.

I finally seem to have recovered my strength after dealing with the kidney stone for two months.

So now that I have covered those topics, I’ll have to open fresh subjects.

I love the way yarrow flowerheads seem to float in the air in the late evening. Someday I will be able to capture it in a photo.

  1. Yarrow had taken hold of one part of our backyard garden, older plants that were out of control and just plain ugly.

“Let ‘er rip” and now there are none.

I’m glad you’re back. Thanks for the yarrow photo. White yarrow reminds me of Queen Anne’s lace, one of my mother’s favorite roadside flowers.

I planted two plants in my back yard along the fence, and while I was in Nevada, the tenants let the yard go to seed, LITERALLY

Just stopping by with a cheery hello.

I’ve never grown yarrow here — I wonder if it’s hardy enough for zone 2? (Which is slightly warmer than penguin territory compared to you guys).
