My laptop is going crazy I think. Today for some reason it thinks that everything that is in the Arial font should be in italics. I don’t know how to fix it. I tried resetting the font defaults in the browser but that had no effect. Anyway it is not just web pages but other applications too. My IM messages for instance are now all in italics and so is my e-mail. Weird.
Update: I found an entry on a discussion board that suggested reinstalling the font. Which turned out to be easy. You just copy the font from one folder on your computer to another. So I did that and bingo! - no more problem.

It sounds like it’s a problem with your fonts at the system level. I’m not sure if you are Windows or Mac, but maybe you can Google on it somehow?

Well at least you can fix your problems. I have a weird one and CANT fix it. When you got a pop up on my site, what was it? If it was an advertisement, that is something else, but Me and one other person are getting a microsoft application pop up for office 2000 professional, which I already have installed on my puter. WEIRD!!
