I have a soft yellow one with just a touch of brown at the beard.
Partial to yellows, I am. The buttery, softer the color, the better. They look good up here. I suppose they wash right out under your sun.

This time of year in Alberta, I’d take any color. The background of that photo really is pretty, too. Almost looks like a water color painting.

What a lovely and interesting iris — two qualities that do not, IMHO, always go together for irises. I’ll have to rethink my prejudices
