I bought a white one, too, because of its more intense scent. Mine just started blooming this week, but it is still only a few years old and doesn't have many flowers. How old is yours? Wow! The racemes are impressively long...like Japanese wisteria.

The wisteria is one of several plants inherited from the former owner. It was already mature when we moved here in 1993. It is about the same size as it was then. Every year I probably chop about half the plant off. It's not unusual in late summer to suddenly find a 12-foot runner that I hadn't even noticed before. Some of the racemes are as much as ten inches long.
