That was so nice of you. :) WE still have turnips growing in our truck-patch (garden) in our neck of the woods. I told Gary (hubby) they will be too woody & bitter to eat, but we might go ahead and pick a few, just to see. Our weather has been extra crazy this year. WE still have turnips growing in our truck-patch (garden) in our neck of the woods. I told Gary (hubby) they will be too woody & bitter to eat, but we might go ahead and pick a few, just to see. Grass is growing around the roses, no blooms now. THe petunias have all died back and are just stems. The zuchinni patch is clean, but I left one honking big zuchini out there for the Critters..it is all mushy now. THe pussy willow has buds all over it. I cant wait!! Next month I will get out there and turn it all over and get it ready for planting. Happy New Year Bill!
