		<description>Bill, I hope you appreciate that I have already served as the sacrificial goat, being the one in umpteen thousand Dell customers (or so they would have me believe) that has to ship a CPU back to where it came from. 

Will you be upgrading your operating system? I had some unexpected incompatibilities between XP and my HP printer, had to buy new drivers. Also some legacy software is not legacied and has to be run in "compatibility mode". 

If you have to call Dell Technical Support, I hope you connect with their token English speaking representative who works midnight shift two nights a week every other month. 

This is my 5th Dell and I will consider other options next time; you should not have any problems because I have selflessly offered my own sanity in order to protect the wider public from going to Dell in a hatbox as I have. :-] FF
